Radio From The Past is our topic for the February meeting of Radio Waves.

We'll take our annual look at Old Time Radio (OTR): What are the best
sources or OTR programming? What are your favorite shows? How does a
newbie get started in the hobby? And what is it about OTR that's so
darn compelling?

Join us on Wednesday, February 6 for a lively discussion on the ins and
outs of radio's Golden Age.

We'll close out the summer with an "open mic" session for the September
edition of Radio Waves.

We'll share some information about new equipment (including Jim's tests of
the new Insignia Narrator radio) talk about ultralight radios, plus any
other topic you wish, so long as its radio-related.

So join us for "anything goes" on Radio Waves, on Wednesday, September 5,

Summer time, and the listening is easy... It is summer, and summer has
its own brand of radio listening. For the July meeting of Radio Waves,
we'll talk about summertime radio. Though the warm months are full of
outdoors and other activities, it doesn't mean that radio doesn't play a
part in the season.

We'll talk about baseball on the radio - nothing more summer than
baseball - taking your radio with you for a little vacation DXing, and
what kinds of things you can do this summer to get your radios ready for
the winter DX season.
