If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the link and choose Run from the dialog box that appears. Other browsers may only allow you to download the small test software program. Remember where you saved it on your computer and launch the software to test your system.
When the audio test utility is launched, click on, or tab to the record button. Speak a sentence and then tab and/or click on the Stop button. If your microphone and speakers are working properly, you will hear what you said played back to you.
