Despite our best efforts, at some point, nearly everyone has to make a visit to the hospital. How that experience impacts patients and family members will be the topic discussed this week during Internet talk show Books and Beyond as Host Bonnie Blose interviews public relations and marketing executive, Martine Ehrenclou. She will explain why her personal experiences with the hospital system motivated her to investigate and evaluate patient care in a number of facilities. Her comprehensive research, that included interviewing many doctors, nurses, social workers, and families, reinforced her strong believe there was a genuine need to educate and get family members involved in addressing the problem to ensure safer hospital stays. This naturally culminated in the writing of a calming, practical guide, “Critical Conditions: The Essential Hospital Guide To Get Your Loved One Out Alive”. (ISBN: 978-0-9815240-0-9. Available from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and other book stores.)

Ms. Ehrenclou has appeared on a number of popular talk shows and has had many of her writings published in major magazines. Don’t miss the opportunity to hear this interesting discussion.
