The Accessible World News Wire, Indianapolis, Indiana USA

Life for this week's guest on Books and Beyond, the Internet Talk Show hosted by Bonnie Blose, has been filled with many challenges. However, with determination and singleness of purpose she has used them to build an award-winning career as a journalist, columnist, editor, serious blogger, soon to be published novelist of "The Best Worst Year", as well as and non-fiction author.

Candy Hammond's twice monthly column, "Pop Goes The Culture" in the Cape Cod Times has earned her recognition as a pop culture expert and has led to appearances on a number of radio shows. She writes about women's issues and the need to develop supportive relationships.

During the interview, Candy will share her thoughts on beginning to build a writing career after age 40 and share some prospectives about the publishing business.

Following the formal interview, the virtual audience will be encouraged to ask questions.
