Saving time is something most people are anxious to do. Windows Media
Player has a feature that is not well known which is very valuable in this
respect. You can speed up spoken word listening without changing the
pitch and thus save a great deal of time when listening to podcasts or
other spoken word material.
I've tested similar features in other programs and the Windows Media
Player feature is by far the best of the ones I've evaluated.
You may be able to listen to a good deal of material at or near double
speed and some material at even faster speeds. I will demonstrate how to use this feature on the latest version of Media Player used in windows XP and in the Windows 7 version of Media Player as well. those using other versions of Media Player should be able to figure out how to use this feature from the information provided.
So spend a little time with me to learn how to save a lot of time later.
