ACCESSIBLE WORLD, THE CLASSROOM OF THE AIR PRESENTS MARION GWIZDALA, STRESS MANAGEMENT FOR LIFE

It is estimated between 75 - 90% of illnesses are the result of stress. Stress is the effect of our interaction with the environment. Effective management of stress can help us lead healthier, happier lives. When this occurs, we function more efficiently in our jobs, our interpersonal relationships are enhanced, and our lives become fuller and richer, resulting in still lowered stress, and the cycle of stress reduction continues.
On Wednesday, March 20 in The Classroom at 9 p.m., EDT, AccessibleWorld.org will host Stress Management for Life! This experiential workshop is a multi-modal approach that teaches participants how to identify stressors and lessen their negative effects on their lives. Facilitated by Marion Gwizdala, this workshop combines behavior modification, psycho-education, and self-hypnosis, providing the tools to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life.
