Mike May with dog 5, Miguel, from the Seeing Eye Mike May has traveled to over 30 countries since 1973 accompanied to most by a Seeing Eye dog. These include places as diverse as Ghana, Yugoslavia and Brazil. Mike’s dog Rickie guided him to the famous Inca ruins of Machu Pichu and beyond. Miguel has met President Obama twice. Mike May has funny and frustrating stories about navigating the airways and highways around the world as well as the US where he travels over 100,000 miles annually.
